Guting Fish
This morning we went to a river about a hour away from Anchorage and caught a ton of fish. Once we got home we had to gut them. It was the grossest experience that I have ever experienced. The fish had lots of blood and the guts had white stuff all over them. Some of the fish had eggs and that was even grosser because those fish had barely any other organ. To gut a fish you have to cut its head off with that lots of blood will come out, then you have to make a cut right up to the fish's butt. You can tell that it is the butt because it will shoot white stuff out when you make the cut. Once you get there you have to opine up the fish and scrape all the guts out. Then you have to wash all the scrapings out of the fish so you are not eating any gut pieces. It was gross. my Mom, Sister, and I were gutting fish for a hour and a half and filled up 10 of the really big zip bloc bags. It was gross
