The Rugby Game

                                                                                                                                                      9/23/2011
On Saturday, my family and I went to the Rugby World Cup game. When we got to the stadium after the museum, we got our and got our tickets and went to security. During security, mommy almost freaked out about how you can't bring water bottles in the stadium.Once we got into the stadium, found our seats and sat down.Once the game started, Mia and I went to the stores at the stadium and got the kids drnks to have during the game. Mia got a Fanta and the rest of the kids a Sprite. When we got back, we gave the kids there sodas and started to watch the game again. The teams that were playing was Georgia and England. Once I caught up on the game, it was half time and I was yawning.
When half time was over, every body hurried back to there seats to watch the game. I did not want to watch the game, so I took my time. Zander finished his soda before half time. Kayley and Mia finish at half time. I  had three quarters of mine left.Once they started the game again, I was playing around with my fingers or clothes. Maybe I was in to rugby a little bit, but not that time.I was so board that Iwas stuck staring at the screen in the stadium. Then I saw this guy score  a try by jumping up and putting his arms and legs out and up.  That was my favorite part of the whole game.

  1. Oh Sarah--sorry about the long rugby game that got boring! That's the same reaction Gramps had when he started going to the opera with me. But he solved the problem by just going to sleep--which was OK as long as he didn't snore in the middle of the singing. How long are rugby games, anyway??

I don't have too much news to report from here. Gramps is going to Washington DC to do some work. [And we still need to take you and Kayley there] And I will stay in Santa Monica to do some baby sitting for Everett and Georgia and see my friends. It should be a fun week.

We look forward to hearing how you like your upcoming trips--better than the rugby game, I hope. love, love bippy
